Ceramic grinding balls
Brand Name : Jinxin
Place of Origin : China
Ceramic grinding balls are suitable for applications where highly efficient grinding must be paired with low grinding media abrasion.
Ceramic grinding balls
Ceramic grinding media are also well-suited for processes where effective mixing and dispersing are essential. In most grinding applications, steatite and alumina are the most commonly used ceramic materials for grinding balls and linings, although zirconia is also employed in more demanding applications. They are available in a wide range of dimensions to meet the requirements of the highly specialized grinding processes and equipment used in this industry.
Zirconia
Extremely durable Jinxin zirconia ball blanks are ideal for severe-service environments like oil & gas down-hole, chemical manufacturing, and other high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive applications.
Used as components for valves, check valves, flow control, and flow measurement, zirconia ball blanks are available in many sizes.
Alumina
Jinxin alumina (aluminum oxide) ball blanks are abrasion resistant, high hardness, and thermally stable at temperatures up to 1800° C — useful in oil & gas down-hole, chemical pump applications, and as part of valves, bearings, flow meters, and more.
